I have been in sales and marketing for 30 years and am now in my 14th year as a REALTOR® with Pemberton Holmes Ltd. - Oak bay. Born and raised in Victoria, BC, I have a unique understanding of Vancouver Island lifestyle. Having lived abroad and in other Canadian cities, I firmly believe that Victoria offers a lifestyle that can't be beat. My extensive experience in real estate, advertising, marketing, sales, design, and development in Japan and Canada has shaped me into a well-rounded expert across many fields.

As a professional negotiator and communicator, becoming a REALTOR® was a natural progression for me, given my family history in construction and real estate. I leverage my diverse career skills and experiences daily to provide my clients with expert support. Fluent in English and Japanese, I am a highly motivated, self-driven entrepreneur with extensive knowledge of business practices internationally. I have also been involved in partnership companies in Japan and Canada, further broadening my experience in successfully completing projects.
